How Do I Place An Order?

Orders are placed on line by selecting items and moving them to your cart.  These items will be processed as soon as possible and shipped to your mailing address.

 

Payment and Shipping

Shipping charges will be added to the cost of your item(s).  All items will be double boxed unless you specify other wise.  We will do all in our power to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum.  Items will be shipped via US Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express.  In the event that you are in the Rhode Island area, you could arrange to pick up your clock.

You may pay for your order on this site.  If you do not wish to use the payment on this site please contact us to work out other arrangements.

Returns & Refunds
We want our customers to be satisfied with the product they purchase.  If you are not pleased with a clock that you receive, you have 15 days to inform us that you would like to return the item.  The item must be returned in the same condition that it was shipped.  The buyer assumes all shipping and handling charges.  Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order.  For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  Please review our complete return/refund policy.
